Habits are considered second nature for a reason.
Everyone has them and affect behavior, tastes, daily routine, relationships with others, work and creativity.
But not all habits are created equal.
We would like to get rid of some of them, and acquire others in order to become healthier and more successful.
The "Well done: Tracker of Habits" mobile application helps to cope with this task.After installation, the application prompts you to select a personal development goal and add it to the "What are we working on?" Field.
If one goal is not enough, indicate up to three, inclusive, using the "I want to change habits" button.
For example: "Dont drink alcohol", "Vacuum the room" and "Exercise in the morning." Each goal is assigned the word "Well done", where the number of letters coincides with the number of days in a week.
Cope with the task at hand, you will unlock one letter per day.
You cannot open more in a day, and skipping a letter nullifies the task - and you will have to work on the same habit again.
The full cycle consists of 21 days, that is, 3 weeks, but is not limited.
And for every week passed, a star is awarded as a reward.
If the goal is not reached, the cycle can be restarted.
